I’m sure others knew this already, but I just recently discovered that iTunes will download artwork for all of your songs if you highlight them all (using shift), and simply right-click on Download Artwork from iTunes.

Now everyone on the train is jealous of how colorful your iPod is.

If you highlight a bunch of songs, then drag them out of iTunes, they all immediately turn into MP3 files. I didn’t know it all happened at once: I was doing it one-at-a-time. I’m certain you can also quickly export playlist order, but I don’t know how yet.
