Roky Erickson with Okkervil River - Goodbye Sweet Dreams  (True Love Cast Out All Evil, April 2010)

I got to see Roky play with Okkervil River at the Brooklynvegan SXSW party in March, and despite the crowd not knowing any of the songs, they put on a great show and got everyone into it.  I’m a big Okkervil River fan and have to admit I probably wouldn’t check for a Roky Erickson record if not for them, but the album is solid from start to finish. This song is one of the highlights.
