This is spray-painted on 57th street between Broadway & 8th Avenue. Does anyone have any idea what it is?
I tried searching on google, but nothing of use came up - I’m not all that interested in making my own spud gun.

It’s a picture of Spud Webb, who shocked the NBA world by winning the 1986 Slam Dunk contest while standing a mere 5 feet and 7 inches tall. Hope that helps? Ha.
